Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking a Plant Operator to safely operate gas processing facilities in Snyder, TX. You will monitor inlet streams, control processing, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.

You will collaborate with Operations, I&E, and Maintenance teams to optimize performance, maintain equipment uptime, and document logs across 12-hour shifts. Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of oil and gas processing operations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain operational records and documentation.
• Eligible to travel locally and operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate gas processing equipment to ensure safe production.
• Control inlet gas processing and customer delivery streams per procedures.
• Perform inspections, rounds, and checks for reliability.
• Communicate plant performance to customers and teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance and I&E teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in safety meetings, planning, and shift handoffs.
• Prepare equipment for startup/shutdown and maintain logs.
