Duke Energy seeks a Gas Process Owner to drive continuous improvement across Gas Operations, guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a Lean Six Sigma culture.

Bachelor's degree plus four years of related experience required; Lean Six Sigma certifications and strong facilitation skills preferred.
The Gas Process Owner is responsible for facilitating continuous improvement projects and events for Gas Operations. This individual will perform analysis, lead Kaizen events, work with individuals at all levels and help enable a continuous improvement culture. This position will lead, motivate and influence cross functional teams from across the organization. The incumbent is responsible for achieving goals and targets of projects that may be up to $1 MM in scope.
Hybrid Mobility Classification - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees must live within a reasonable commute to their designated Duke Energy facility, not greater than 50 miles one way. Employees are expected to report to their assigned Duke Energy facility as required and directed by their manager, on average 3 full workdays per regular workweek.
