Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to supervise and present to large groups of employees effectively.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment and applicable applications.
• Strong communication, organization, scheduling, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational and financial aspects of gas power generation projects.
• Serve as primary liaison with client’s project management team.
• Identify leads and assist estimators with pricing proposals.
• Enforce safety procedures, best practices, and risk management.
• Oversee project staffing, hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Coordinate resources across site managers and directors.
• Coach and mentor supervisory personnel and craft labor.
