Job summary

Blattner is expanding its energy construction leadership into gas power generation, building a new business with a focus on end-to-end hybrid energy solutions. This role provides leadership of project controls on projects, standardizing processes and tools, and mentoring a team of controls professionals across business units.

The successful candidate will develop CPM schedules, conduct risk analyses, manage cost forecasts and dashboards, and collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project controls (scheduling, cost, risk).
• Experience leading senior contributors and managing remote/in-office teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project controls teams and third-party consultants.
• Develops and analyzes CPM schedules and risk analyses.
• Manages schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, and reports.
• Provides concise, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Ensures contractual obligations and SOPs are met; guides change management.
