Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical/energy field preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
Knowledge of operation, control and general design of processing or treating plant systems.
Basic math calculations (percentages, ratios, proportions) required.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) required.
Ability to work under potentially stressful conditions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage and control the operation of the gas plant process, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance; produce on-spec NGLs.
Oversee operation of gas processing equipment; monitor temperatures, pressures, and tank gauging.
Troubleshoot issues and promptly identify operational problems.
Start and stop compressors or pumps as needed for the process.
Communicate with team members to address operational challenges and maintain safe operations.
