Streamline Innovations Inc. seeks a Gas Plant Operator for its Permian Basin operations. The role focuses on maximizing uptime and system performance through daily operations and preventive maintenance of H2S Gas Treatment equipment.

The position requires at least one year of oilfield experience and a high school diploma, with strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates should be safety-conscious and able to work independently, including long hours as needed.

• Analytical mindset: review operating data, meter readings, and equipment trends to spot anomalies and recommend actions.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety policies and applicable OSHA, EPA, and state requirements, including lockout/tagout, hot work, confined space entry, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Perform daily rounds on assigned equipment to analyze system performance.
• Monitor and respond to alarms, trends, and customer communications.
• Troubleshoot abnormal conditions, make normal operating adjustments and repairs, and assess site conditions.
• Report operations data and other requested information internally and externally.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate the delivery of consumables as needed.
• Maintain completion of recurring work orders for predictive and preventive maintenance while documenting time, parts used, completed work, etc.
• Identify problems that exceed your scope, skills, or available equipment and report them promptly to the supervision.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to operations and engineering staff to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.
