Kinder Morgan is seeking an Operations Specialist based at the Ellerslie, GA facility. The role involves installation, operation and maintenance of pipelines, compressors and related equipment, with on-call responsibilities and potential 9-hour days pattern.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and knowledge of gas operations, safety practices, and compliance with PHMSA/USFS/EPA standards. On-site work with travel possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to respond to callouts and emergencies after hours.
• Knowledge of compressors, pump stations and pipeline operations.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, P&IDs and diagrams.
• Safety practices for flammable gases and high/low pressure systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate pipelines, compressors and related equipment.
• Start/stop engines and operate pumps within parameters.
• Maintain and repair engines, turbines, pumps, valves and instruments.
• Install and service valves, pipelines and corrosion protection systems.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and field activities.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in safety programs and on-call duties.
