Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a field operations professional to install, maintain and troubleshoot natural gas pipelines, compression stations and related equipment.

You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, inspect third-party work, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities and right-of-way. Responsibilities include operating compressor engines, performing preventive maintenance, planning shutdowns, and coordinating with landowners and officials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical skills with ability to diagnose issues.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs, and diagrams.
• Valid driver''s license; operator qualifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, service and maintain valves, pipe and pipeline appurtenances, generators, air compressors, pumps, gas compressors and engines.
• Oversee third-party construction and maintenance activities and monitor 811 tickets.
• Inspect work performed by contractors and ensure quality and safety.
• Perform pigging activities when necessary.
• Conduct regulatory compliance activities and inspections.
