Job summary

Energy Transfer LP in Houston is seeking a pipeline technician responsible for repair and maintenance of pipelines, equipment and daily shift operations to meet throughput safely and reliably.

You will inspect and troubleshoot compressor stations, coordinate with crews, document work, maintain records and follow OSHA and DOT requirements while contributing to a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in field operations or maintenance is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair pipeline and station equipment to meet throughput safely and reliably.
• Plan and coordinate work with crews to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Maintain equipment records, logs, and regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Provide on-call support and follow safety procedures in hazardous environments.
