Job summary

Energy Transfer in Barstow, TX is seeking a field maintenance technician to repair and maintain pipelines, equipment, and facilities used in daily gas and liquid operations.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor and pump stations, coordinate work with teams, manage parts and records, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. On-call support and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter with good judgement.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor or pump stations and related facilities.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate work with teams and contractors.
• Provide budgetary input, schedule work, and maintain inventory and records.
• Interpret drawings, OEM manuals, and technical resources for tasks.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and safety programs.
• Provide on-call support and participate in safety initiatives.
