PG&E is seeking an operations qualifications evaluator to proctor gas OQ evaluations and oversee written, computer-based and field assessments. Location flexibility includes San Ramon, Daly City, Oakland, Petaluma or San Jose HQ.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical trade, ability to travel up to 80% and lift up to 80 lbs. Strong coaching and documentation skills are essential for success in this safety‑critical position.

Qualificações

• High School/GED required; 5+ years in a technical trade.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of schedule and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Proctor Gas OQ evaluations per CFR 49.192 and GO112.
• Coach staff through complex initial and follow-up evaluations; field observations.
• Prepare employees for the qualification process including testing and observations.
• Maintain qualification records in compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve tests and processes.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
