This role emphasizes safety leadership, data-driven performance, and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance of utility systems/power generation plants or related fields.
• Knowledge of government/environmental regulations and applicable standards.
• Experience with asset management and analytical/reporting applications.
• Effective change leader with ability to communicate strategies to stakeholders.
• Proven results in achieving performance metrics and process adherence.
• Experience working with bargaining unit employees.
• Completion of an approved apprentice program in an appropriately related craft.
• Understanding of utility finance.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts or be on call.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and real-time safety accountability through meetings, briefs, audits, and job site observations.
• Evaluate team performance using reliability, quality, and efficiency metrics; drive improvements.
• Maintain crew productivity and ensure timely, courteous customer service.
• Recruit and develop talent; set performance expectations; address issues.
• Build internal and external relationships; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate work documentation and compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
