Job summary

TC Energy seeks a Student Intern to support operational assurance and continuous improvement across the U.S. Gas footprint.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, operational performance, risk management, and change management while collaborating with stakeholders to drive safety and efficiency. You will work with experienced professionals, applying classroom knowledge to real-world projects and supporting safe, reliable energy delivery across North America.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited undergrad in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• Completed at least one academic term before May 2027.
• Returning to full-time studies after the term.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess safety and operational risks through data collection and analysis.
• Analyze and trend data to develop insights for risk reduction and improvements.
• Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations for findings.
• Support development and implementation of change management plans.
• Engage stakeholders throughout improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate post-implementation effectiveness and value.
• Provide assurance on data quality and reporting of key metrics using Power BI.
• Maintain ethical, equitable, and quality standards for safe operations.
• Support ad hoc projects and requests as required.
