Job summary

WTG Energy seeks a Commercial Gas Market Specialist to drive customer development, manage contracts, and coordinate nominations for its midstream pipeline network across Texas and the US.

You will engage with LDCs, power generators, and industrial clients; lead pricing analysis, negotiate terms, and ensure scheduling alignment with pipeline capacity, while collaborating with Operations, Credit, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Energy Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in natural gas marketing, scheduling, or commercial operations.
• Knowledge of NAESB, FERC regulations, and pipeline tariffs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with LDCs, power generators, and industrial customers.
• Coordinate gas nominations, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Analyze market fundamentals and pricing trends to prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commitments with capacity and reliability.
• Prepare regular reporting for senior leadership.
