Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1 year related experience or Bachelor's with 3 years related experience.
• Ability to understand written/oral communications that may be complex or contractual.
• Strong writing and analytical reporting skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and basic statistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates gas purchasing strategies.
• Analyzes monthly/daily gas needs based on load forecasts.
• Manages gas supply and storage to assure reliable delivery.
• Negotiates spot gas contracts and issues RFPs for gas supply.
• Prepares confirmations and maintains contract terms with pipelines.
• Performs gas accounting and related reporting for GL.
• Maintains documentation for regulatory reporting (GCA, Prudence).
• Collaborates with Scheduling to account for third-party end users.
