Job summary

RECONN is seeking Leak Survey Technicians to survey gas lines and ensure pipeline integrity in Millville, NJ. This daytime, full-time role may require overtime and weekends, with training provided.

You will use gas-detection equipment and may inspect inside services/meters. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required; strong communication and technology skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods outdoors in varying weather.
• Willing to overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to read utility maps.
• Proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Survey gas lines to ensure pipeline integrity.
• Investigate, classify, and document detected leaks.
• Inspect inside gas services/meters with gas detection equipment.
