Job Summary

The Gas Laborer/Groundman performs general labor, including restoration work such as cleanup and laying sod at the end of a project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unskilled tasks like jobsite cleanup and laying sod.
• Follow safety policies.
• Observe and learn skilled tasks, such as pipe fusing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• At least 1 year of related experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role operates in the field, requiring bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 50 pounds), standing, and twisting, often in adverse weather conditions. Vision clarity, hand-eye coordination, and color recognition are necessary. The position is physically active and may involve working in extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow.
