We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. You’ll take direction from the project manager to help construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products. You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. Responsibilities: • Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials • Ensure roofing, floorings, and drywall are compatible and level • Carve and build kitchen cabinets, siding, drywall, and furniture • Construct window and door frames, rafters, partitions, and stairways • Examine and repair structures Qualifications: • Successfully completed formal carpentry apprenticeship • Excellent physical condition and dexterity • Strong measuring and math skills required • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
