Job summary

Peak Utility Services Group is seeking a Gas Foreman in Colorado to lead field crews on new construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with governmental agencies.

You will manage daily schedules, coordinate with Xcel contracts, and ensure timely material releases. The position requires a CDL A, a high school diploma (or equivalent), 3–5 years of utility construction experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in a utility construction role is require.
• CDL A is required.
• Possession of a valid State Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Authorization to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor daily time and material coordination sheets from field crews.
• Verify transactions comply with Xcel Gas contracts and Peak Utilities Services Group policies and procedures.
• Update daily crew schedules and communications to Peak Utilities Supervisors.
• Process Xcel job packets, coordinate with permit technician and coordinate updates for Material Releases for projects.
• Maintain organized system of document retention and scheduling records.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding time reports, billing, unit and Time and Expense questions.
• Schedule quality and safety crew inspections for Operations management.
• Coordinate and schedule third-party vendor rentals and repairs for projects.
• Coordinate inspection and certification of tool and equipment inspection.
• Coordinate scheduling of ancillary services on projects with Supervisor’s assistance.
• Maintain a log with phone calls, discussions, requests, events, emails, etc.
• Foreman provides daily leadership over New Construction crews to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
