Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or desired.
• Three to five years in a utility construction role preferred.
• CDL A and valid driver's license required.
• Experience with underground utilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews as the first line of supervision and ensure safe, quality workmanship.
• Maintain daily crew schedules and coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors.
• Verify transactions align with contracts and organizational policies.
• Coordinate inspections, tool/equipment certifications, and material releases.
• Maintain documentation for time, expenses, and project records.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding time reports and billing.
• Schedule safety inspections and manage vendor rentals for projects.
