Qualifications

• Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in a utility construction role is required.
• Experience working with underground utilities desired.
• CDL A is required.
• Possession of a valid State Driver's License within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass Criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor daily time and material coordination sheets from field crews.
• Verify transactions comply with Xcel Gas contracts and Peak Utilities policies.
• Update daily crew schedules and communications to Supervisors.
• Process Xcel job packets; coordinate with permit technician and material releases.
• Maintain organized document retention and job records.
• Respond to inquiries regarding time reports, billing, and Time & Expense questions.
• Schedule quality and safety crew inspections for Operations management.
• Coordinate third-party vendor rentals and repairs for projects.
• Coordinate inspection and certification of tool and equipment.
• Schedule ancillary services on projects with Supervisor’s assistance.
• Maintain a log of calls, emails, and requests.
• Provide daily leadership over New Construction crews to ensure safety and quality.
