We are looking for a Appliance Service Technician / Gas Fitter Technician for an immediate hire opportunity in Hillsborough, NJ! If you want to advance your career in a professional technical role with a well-established bakery oven company, this is an excellent opportunity.

Schedule:

• 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Monday to Friday

Salary:

• $55,000 - $60,000 per year (starting)

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair gas lines, piping systems, and gas appliances for bakery equipment
• Test and replace faulty equipment
• Check for gas leaks
• Convert appliances to natural gas fuels
• Advise clients on gas safety
• Respond to gas leak calls
• Assist with investigations of gas fires and explosions

Qualifications:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Gas license
• Good customer service and professional attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
