Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Construction Manager to lead safe and profitable execution of gas transmission construction activities. You will coordinate field teams, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to meet contract requirements and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, cost control, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams. A strong track record in utility or telecom construction is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible construction or project-management experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing utility or telecommunications construction projects strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of construction activities from mobilization through completion and closeout.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet contractual commitments.
• Monitor financial performance including budgets, labor costs, and productivity.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Perform field visits to assess safety, quality, productivity, and project progress.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect performance.
• Prepare and review contract-related documentation and closeout materials.
