CenterPoint Energy invites a Gas Engineer Summer Intern to join our Houston, TX team. You will assist engineers with a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in a utility setting.

• Assist designers in project design activities.
• Research the status of various public improvement projects.
• Update Access databases and Excel spreadsheets concerning project status.
• Provide project completion data for public improvement projects.

Education Description

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student (sophomore, Junior or Senior preferred) with a strong GPA pursuing an ABET accredited Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Industrial, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• No previous experience is required
• Valid driver's license required
