Qualifications

Heavy equipment machine assembly experience.
Manufacturing experience.
Experience in lean manufacturing.
Experience working in a "team environment".
Intermediate proficiency with Standard Operating Procedures or Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly duties with an aptitude in mechanical or electronic disciplines.
Use a variety of tools in the work area to complete assembly tasks.
Operate lifting devices and cranes for components over 50 lbs.
Follow documented procedures and standard work to ensure safe, defect-free assemblies.
Apply 5S and continuous improvement principles to reduce waste and maintain a clean workspace.
Be a contributing team member and maintain orderly tools and work area.
