Job summary

Delta Utilities is seeking a C&M Technician to perform field operations including installation, repair, construction and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems. The role encompasses levels I–III, from basic pipe work to leading on-site activities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and relevant experience; CDL and welding certifications are preferred. DOT/PHMSA safety compliance applies; strong teamwork and on-site adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience levels I-III vary; CDL and welding certs preferred.
• DOT/PHMSA drug and alcohol regulations compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs or replaces steel and plastic pipe.
• Locates gas lines.
• Provides First Responder assistance in emergencies.
• Loads and unloads equipment to/from truck.
• Tech III may lead on-site activities.
