Primoris Distribution Services is seeking an experienced Gas Distribution Fuser to join our Texas team. The role focuses on poly fusion of polyethylene gas pipe and fittings, with emphasis on safety and quality in underground distribution projects.

Candidates should have prior natural-gas distribution and poly-fusion experience, be able to report to Greenville daily, and work outdoors under varying conditions. Travel to nearby project locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in natural-gas distribution.
• Poly-fusion, poly-welding, or pipe-fusion experience required.
• Knowledge of underground gas-pipeline construction and safety practices.
• Must be able to report to Greenville, TX daily.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel to surrounding project locations as needed.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work area.

Job Overview

Primoris Distribution Services is seeking an experienced Gas Distribution Fuser to join our team in Texas. This position requires previous natural-gas distribution experience and hands-on experience performing poly fusion, also known as poly welding or pipe fusion.

The current project is located in Leonard, Texas; however, the crew truck departs from Greenville each day. Candidates must be able to report to Greenville daily.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform poly fusion on polyethylene gas pipe and fittings.
• Inspect, prepare, align, and fuse pipe according to established procedures and specifications.
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground natural-gas distribution systems.
• Operate fusion equipment and related tools safely and correctly.
