• New sign‑on bonus:
• • $500 total for hires between April 27, 2026, and May 31, 2026, with a start date on or before June 15, 2026.
  • $250 paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

Requirements

Educational & Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history. A Class A CDL is highly preferred, with endorsements.
• Previous construction experience in natural gas distribution/pipeline, electric, transmission, telecommunications, water, sewer, landscaping, concrete/asphalt, or agriculture.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform other physical work.
• Able to travel on a short‑term basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
