The Construction Supervisor will oversee field operations for gas distribution projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with DOT/PHMSA and local regs. Responsibilities include supervising crews (8-10), coordinating subcontractors, managing costs, scheduling, and producing accurate documentation such as as-builts and test logs to support project

Qualifications

• BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in gas distribution or utility construction.
• Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and multiple job sites.
• Familiarity with DOT/PHMSA regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with cost tracking, scheduling, and construction reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gas distribution construction activities, including mainline and service installations.
• Monitor safety, OSHA compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure on-schedule work.
• Maintain documentation such as as-builts, test results, and inspection logs.
