Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee gas distribution field operations in the United States. You will manage mainline installations, service work, and system upgrades while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and field personnel, enforce DOT/PHMSA standards, document tests and inspections, and drive continuous improvement on live-gas projects.

Qualifications

• Gas distribution construction knowledge.
• Experience with underground utility construction.
• DOT/PHMSA regulations understanding.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, multiple sites.
• Cost tracking, scheduling, and construction reporting systems.
• MS Office and PM software proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise gas distribution construction activities including mainline installations and service work.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance (DOT/PHMSA/OSHA).
• Monitor costs, productivity, and equipment usage.
• Maintain documentation: as-builts, tests, inspection logs.
• Support scheduling and resource planning.
