You’ll ensure high-quality deliverables, manage resources, and mentor team members. A four-year technical degree and a PE license are required, along with extensive engineering experience.

Qualifications

• 9‑12 years of relevant engineering design experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience leading engineering teams (preferred).
• Active membership in a professional organization (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
