Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Toledo is seeking a Cylinder Processor to join our 2nd shift. You will handle medical and industrial gas cylinders following plant guidelines, perform inspections, and ensure safe handling and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in plant/manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary product. Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and enter quantities, styles and products filled to justify stock inventory.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures, and operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles.
