Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a warehouse technician to process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines. You will inspect cylinders for retesting or repairs, and fill as needed. You will load/unload shipments, operate scales, and ensure accurate stock records using the computer system.

You will also prepare transfer orders, maintain quality documentation, and operate a forklift. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience are required, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical background is desirable.
• Candidates should demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders according to established plant guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine retesting or repair needs via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Load and unload product from the weekly shuttle truck and manage cylinder quantities, styles and product in the system.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork, entering quantities and product details into the computer for stock accuracy.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.
