Job summary

UGI Central Gas Control, LLC is seeking a Results-driven Supervisor to lead the Gas Controller team and manage daily operations of UGI Utilities and UGI Energy Services gas systems. This role operates 24x7, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient control-room performance across shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching controllers, coordinating peak-demand responses, maintaining CRM/audit readiness, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of natural gas operations or gas control experience.
• Lead, shift-leading, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Fully qualified Gas Controller is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Gas Controller team across all shifts.
• Coordinate response during peak-demand events and abnormal conditions.
• Ensure CRM compliance and audit readiness under PHMSA, FERC, and PA PUC.
• Foster a collaborative control-room culture with ongoing coaching and development.
• Represent Central Gas Control in cross-departmental projects and with partners.
