Enerflex Ltd. in Kilgore, TX, seeks a skilled technician to service gas compression equipment components and instruments at our shop. You will work under general supervision and progressively gain proficiency in diagnosing and repairing engines, pumps, controllers, valves, and associated gear.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, safe operation, and teamwork to ensure high-quality maintenance. Forklift qualification and strong mechanical and electrical skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–10 years’ experience in engine, compressor mechanics, production equipment and gas compression.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on gas compression equipment components and instruments (pumps, controllers, valves, etc.).
• Follow standard operating procedures for gas compressor maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose mechanical problems with increasing proficiency.
• Overhaul small compressors and inspect bearings and crankshaft.
• Disassemble and reassemble gas compressor parts and equipment.
• Operate forklift and maintain a clean, safe work area.
