Enerflex Ltd. seeks an experienced technician to work on gas compression equipment components and instruments at our Kilgore, TX shop. You will diagnose, replace and overhaul compressors, bearings, and engines, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a team setting.

The role requires 5–10 years in engine/compressor mechanics, own tools, a valid license, and strong English communication for safety and quality documentation. Enerflex offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-10 years’ experience in engine, compressor mechanics, gas compression.
• Has own tools and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Working knowledge of relevant HSE.
• Mechanical, welding, and pipe fitting skills.
• Electronics (panel), hydraulic, tubing, math, English, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on gas compression equipment components and instruments.
• Replace and overhaul small compressors; inspect bearings and crankshaft.
• Disassemble and reassemble gas compressor parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Generate basic parts list and assist Level I Mechanics.
• Understand customer scope and communicate discrepancies and provide corrective actions.
