Job summary

Archrock Texas is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair gas compression and process equipment at customer sites. You will perform major maintenance, overhauls, and MOB/DEMOB as part of a team, ensuring safety and timely documentation. Strong engine knowledge, troubleshooting, and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with natural gas engines and compressors.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems across compressor configurations.
• Experience with PMs and major maintenance in a team environment.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and manuals.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform major maintenance, overhauls, MOB/DEMOB as part of a team.
• Maintain safety and a clean, organized work environment.
• Complete and submit required documentation accurately and timely.
• Respond to after-hours requests on an on-call basis.
