National Grid in Melville, NY seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee a $50–$100MM portfolio of gas capital projects. You will manage planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement per the National Grid NDP. This senior role interfaces with senior staff and regulatory bodies.

We require a strong PM background, engineering or related degree, 7+ years’ experience, and PMP preferred. Expect a high-visibility, team-driven environment with safety and cost controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with PM experience.
• 7+ years in project management and construction.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with complex capital projects and gas systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage a large portfolio of capital projects ($50–$100MM USD).
• Develop scope, budget, schedule, and resource plan; manage risks.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; expediting materials and approvals.
• Coordinate with accounting, cost, forecast and construction functions.
• Prepare and issue progress reports to stakeholders; manage closeout.
• Navigate a union environment and promote safety and quality.
