Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a full-time Garnishment Specialist to manage payroll withholdings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local garnishment laws. You will review court orders, enter data into payroll systems, determine withholding amounts, and communicate with courts, creditors, and employees.

As our Garnishment Specialist, you will manage payroll withholding requirements by reviewing court orders, wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders, and accurately entering them into our payroll systems. You will determine the correct withholding amounts, prepare necessary notices and response forms, and communicate with courts, creditors, and employees as needed. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, regularly auditing garnishment setups to maintain accurate payroll processing.
