Job summary

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Jessup, PA is seeking a Garment Hanger and Repair Associate to prepare garments for processing, ensure quality, and perform minor repairs as needed.

You'll hang garments, inspect for defects, train in sewing repairs, maintain a clean work area, and support production in a fast-paced environment. Shift is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, with weekends off and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Production/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with garment handling and sewing skills is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for defects or damage.
• Hang garments on racks or conveyor systems for processing.
• Identify and perform minor repairs such as sewing on buttons or mending seams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Skills and Abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift garments as needed.
• Basic sewing skills and ability to perform minor garment repairs, training provided
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
