Zusammenfassung

LEGiT is seeking an experienced Garment Technologist to join the Quality Assurance team. You will develop, grade, modify, and maintain garment standards reflecting design intent, fit, and brand requirements.

You will collaborate with Buyers, CMTs, QA, distribution, and suppliers to ensure garments are production-ready, commercially viable, and meet customer needs throughout product development and production.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Garment Technologist within apparel retail, fashion, sourcing, or garment manufacturing.
• Experience with Ladieswear, Intimate apparel, Footwear or Accessories advantageous.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabric performance, garment construction, and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and manage technical packs, garment specifications, measurement charts, and construction standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Review design briefs and product specifications to ensure garments are technically feasible, commercially viable, and aligned with brand requirements.
• Evaluate prototype, fit, pre-production and bulk production samples against approved specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide clear, detailed fit comments and corrective actions to suppliers to achieve the required fit and appearance.
• Assess garment construction, measurements, workmanship, fabric performance, and trim applications to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with Buyers, Designers, Quality Assurance teams, and Suppliers throughout the product development and production process.
