Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Garment Technician in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will deliver, unload, and organize industrial garments to their correct areas, following safety rules and procedures to maintain an efficient warehouse operation.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates, and perform repetitive tasks. Typical shifts are 4am–12pm Wednesday to Sunday, with an hourly wage of $20.45–$21.45, depending on experience and

• No formal education required or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Perform work assignments individually or in a team with other employees as required.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Breakdown of Prudential Tall Boys in B13 Warehouse.
• Staging Industrial garments in B13 Warehouse for delivery by drop zone and size.
• Delivery of clean Industrial garments to drop zones throughout campus.
• Removal of soiled bags from drop zones throughout campus.
• Return of soiled bags to B13

Job Overview

Education and/ or Experience

No education requirement 6 months to 1-year experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

Completed all safety and task training certification.

May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
