Qualifications

• Previous experience in garment production, apparel manufacturing, garment cutting, or a similar production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of fabric handling, garment construction, or cutting-room operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow measurements and detailed instructions.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to lift and move fabrics and production materials as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn and assist with different production tasks.
• Experience with cutting tools or garment production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily garment production and cutting-room operations.
• Handle, organize, and prepare fabrics and production materials.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, stacking, sorting, and moving fabrics and garments.
• Support fabric layout and cutting activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
