Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Garment Shipping Associate for our Tempe, AZ facility. This full-time production role involves pulling garments and materials, inspecting and packing finished goods, and preparing orders for shipping.

You will organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area to meet daily deadlines. Ideal candidates have experience in shipping or garment production, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, order pulling, packaging, warehouse, or garment/apparel production preferred.
• Experience handling or packaging clothing or finished garments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify orders.
• Ability to follow orders, labels, and detailed instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move boxes, garments, and production materials as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic organization and inventory skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, M-F
