Job summary

Abacus Solution Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Product Integrity Supervisor to lead QC/VAS/POD teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will mentor staff, monitor inspections, and drive continuous improvements across garment production processes.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience in textiles, and the ability to train teams on 100% inspections while maintaining thorough documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile, or fashion design.
• Experience in textile factories or weaving companies is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC/VAS/POD teams and provide guidance and training.
• Ensure inspection/measurement team is implemented and monitored.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and related documentation.
• Identify production issues and communicate viable solutions to the team.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Notify team of ASN releases and completion of special projects.
• Review PP/TOP samples against bulk production garments and make accept/reject decisions.
• Train inspection staff on 100% inspections and quality standards.
