Job summary

You will own the process from pre-production to clear-to-cut, collaborating with the Pre-Production Supervisor to ensure the final package is complete, current, executable, and aligned with schedule and margin targets. Strong Excel skills and garment industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Garment Manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years procurement and purchasing.
• Minimum of 2 years in Garment Product Development.
• Knowledge of garment construction.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Understanding of BOMs and material consumption.
• Ability to review tech packs for missing details.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Calculate material requirements using BOMs and production consumption.
• Plan and maintain material ordering timelines with schedules and lead times.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for fabrics and packaging.
• Track material deliveries and communicate delays or risks.
• Review tech packs and BOMs for completeness.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on approvals and timelines.
• Maintain documentation with latest approved information.
• Track changes affecting cost, materials, or timelines.
• Prepare production launch packets with required materials.
• Monitor production readiness and escalate blockers.
