Job summary

Colonial Group in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse associate to join our industrial laundry facility team. You will handle merchandise safely, sorting items and preparing bundles for shipment on a daily shift.

The role requires basic math, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently or with others. Typical shift is 6am-2:30pm, with weekend work and potential overtime according to production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand training, written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good verbal and/or written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.
• Shift work including weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove coveralls, smocks, and merchandise from carts or lift tables.
• Manually fold, bundle, and place items on conveyor.
• Visually identify damaged merchandise and report findings.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow production practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
