Job summary

Texscape Services Monarch Landscape Companies is hiring to maintain commercial landscapes across client sites. You will perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance under the supervision of the Foreman, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates with landscape experience are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, ability to work in various weather, and adherence to Monarch

• Ability to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members.

• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with common sense understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman.
• Mow, rake, weed, shear, edge, trim and hand prune as required.
• Safe operation of equipment including 21 and 36 inch mowers; hedge trimmers; power shears; blower; aerator.
• Operate vehicles and equipment per Monarch Safety Policy; adhere to code of conduct.
• Show up on time; follow dress code; report inclement weather and sick leave.
