You will operate dish machines, stock supplies, and assist with deliveries and prep while maintaining high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50+ lbs in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Work in hot, wet, and loud environments; maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dish machines and sanitize all dishes, tools, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash, organize, and store dishware properly.
• Handle dishes to avoid breakage and monitor machine performance.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish pit, floors, prep stations, and trash/recycling areas.
• Support kitchen team with deliveries, prep work, and general maintenance.
• Take direction from chefs, supervisors, and managers.
