Terrain Café is a chef-driven, garden-to-table restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients and warm hospitality. We seek a versatile Bartender to blend craft beverage preparation with outstanding bar, counter, and cafe service. The role includes cocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks, plus learning new techniques.

A fast-paced environment and teamwork are essential. Ideal candidates have strong bartending skills and are open to expanding into barista duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience preferred.
• Barista knowledge or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Friendly, guest-focused communication.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service at the bar, counter, or nearby tables.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks to recipe and presentation standards.
• Educate guests on beverage offerings including local wines and craft beers.
• Operate espresso machines and grinders with accuracy and care.
• Monitor IDs for responsible service and maintain a clean, organized station.
